Mastermind Group
Thanks for being interested in the mastermind co-coaching group I plan to host in the new year.
If you’re not familiar, a mastermind is a small group of people that meet regularly for a set period of times to support each other through the goals they are each working to achieve.
This support can take the form of advice, encouragement, accountability, checking in, pointing out potential blocks or helping each other see opportunities we might be missing.
A solid mastermind can be a huge help in working towards our goals, both personal and professional.
I plan on making mastermind groups a regular aspect of my coaching business. I also hope to facilitate a higher level of connection between group participants so I plan on using an application process to make sure all participants are right for the group.
If you’re interested in participating, please fill out the application below. It’s okay if you don’t have perfect answers to all the questions. I can follow up for details as needed.
Session times, start date, and group duration will be determined based on responses to the form. For this first group I’m going to leave it more open and see what people want to bring to the table. Future cohorts will be more focused.
I’m envisioning the first cohort to be 4-6 people. The meetings will be on Zoom, for 60-90 minutes each week.
Feel free to reach out to me directly with any thoughts or questions you may have too.
Connect the pieces of your life that encompass your personal story and better understand your own personal narrative to define who you are, how you show up in the world, and cultivate the confidence you need to share your story with others.
Express your goals, passions, and experiences to become a more powerful speaker, leader, and influencer. Connect with your audience, share your vision, attract the right people to you, and get to know yourself better too.
Stories are the basis of how we understand the world, and they are also the lens through which we understand ourselves. If you intend to be successful as a public speaker, it’s imperative that you learn the craft of storytelling and continually have stories to share.
Leaders share what drives them, and the most effective medium for sharing this vision is storytelling. A well-presented story can help the audience emotionally resonate with the ideas being shared. This can lead to interest, empathy and even action.
Entrepreneurs share what drives them, and the most effective medium for sharing this vision is storytelling. A well-presented story can help the audience emotionally resonate with the ideas being shared. This can lead to interest, empathy, and action.
Got a talk coming up that you want to ace? By finding a way to integrate storytelling into the message of your talk, you’ll have audiences buzzing and start making the most of your public speaking. I offer one-on-one speaking coaching to help you make the most of your appearances.
What are SMART goals? How can they help you make progress in your life?
Even if you’re familiar with the topic, it never hurts to get a refresher.
Most of the things we want to do and create in our lives are big. Like, can’t-be-done-in-an-afternoon big.
So when we sit down to think about these big projects and life goals we have for ourselves, it can be easy to get overwhelmed.
So what does it take to get started?
No matter what new direction we decide to take with our lives, there’s going to be some hurdles and learning curves. Our willingness to accept these challenges is what will determine our success, and even perhaps our overall happiness in life.
So how do we pick the direction we most want to take?
Does your current set of goals and aspirations align with who you are and the life you actually want to create? If not, what can you do about it?
I get it. You have lots of goals and things you want to change about your life. And you want to do everything NOW. Yet you can’t make much progress because you’re bouncing from one to the next before you’re able to get anything solidified. If this is you, read on.
To find your Purpose means to develop an overarching sense of what’s meaningful to you in your life. It’s drawing that line to clearly define the difference between Surviving and Thriving for YOU. So how is it done? Are there steps to take or does it just magically appear for you? The answer may surprise you…
Motivation is a tricky thing. It comes and goes, and seems to have a mind of its own.
What does it take to build and sustain motivation to achieve your goals and live the life you want?
The answer is both easier and harder than you might think…
As strange as it might sound, us humans are prone to avoid setting goals or ambitions for ourselves. We’ll do this by keeping ourselves comfortably stuck in a place where we’re unhappy. But here is what you can do about it.
One of the most important aspects of creating changes in our life and living into our ambitions is to have a clear vision of where we want to go. Here’s an exercise I like to offer my clients to help them do exactly that.
On any given day we’ll have a number of tasks and projects set in front of us. These all represent competing priorities in our world that we need to prioritize. What do we focus on first?
